How many bearings did you replace? There's 2 on the input shaft and 2 on the main shaft. I replace both bearings on the same shaft of they are noisy, the play on one will kill the other side. The main shaft bearings are most likely okay, but it wouldn't have hurt to check those and your diff bearings. I recently did both ips bearings on my own car, the old ones were on the brink of exploding. When I took em out I couldn't believe they didn't let go after all the time I ran it like that.

I did replace both plus the throw out bearing. It's not a bearing noise is a rattle/chatter noise coming from inside the transmission only in second gear, if i hold forward on the shifter it gets better.
