how so? is the clutch not moving and grinding the gears?

or is it slipping to much?

if its not moving and grinding gears then make sure the clutch cylinder is full of fluid and clutch slave is bled. old fluid collects moisture and brake fluid isnt as effective.
if thats the case fix the real problem....
simply pull off the front rubber dust boot from the clutch slave cylinder and have a friend push in and out the clutch pedal... if it doesnt move then bleed the clutch lines. and if the clutch master cylinder is dry then refill and find where the leak is... either under the dash or off the clutch slave cylinder on the tranny is leaking. replace it the leaking part and bleed the system again.

BUT if your clutch slave cylinder moves freely with the clutch pedal being pressed and the clutch is just slipping then ya replace the clutch and have the flywheel resurfaced.
i used a exedy clutch oem replacement from ebay and never had a problem with it. BUT from what most people say is you should use OEM bearings... throw out bearing and pilot bearing, and grease the shifting fork very good to prevent squeaks.

I have had my ebay clutch disk throwout and pilot bearing in there for about a year now no problem except for the harsh engagement. def check the slave cylinder and make sure it is moving freely first though.
