Default 96 ex Y8 clutch

i am looking to replace my civics clutch in the near future. at high rpms it is not grabbing like it should. the motor seems to rev but the car doesnt feel like it is going anywhere. i have done some research and looked around on the forum. i am leaning towards a excedy? (sp) stage 1 organic clutch. i havent really modded the car heavily and at this time am not looking to. i would like to hear some opinions and personal expereices with other clutches. also places to look with prices would be great! what is a fair price for a clutch and flywheel? would you recommend changing anything else while i am doing this?

one other thing. what weight flywheel would you recommend running. i saw a 7 lb fidanza flywheel for a decent price, however i am still wanting to be able to drive the car easily on the road. not sure what weight or brand is right for my situation. any help would be appreciated.
is it hard to change a clutch in a civic? how long should i expect this to take?

thanks
