Default advice plz, want awd 6spd tranny in 89 hatch, dont want awd

just want the 6spd tranny i dont care about the awd, i am not going for fast, i want it for the super low first for playin with my car,
ive searched over an over, so things say it will work some things say it wont,
can i buy axles to fit the tranny an the car?
how hard would the shift linkage be?
i know the trans mount may not line up
heres pic of my car so maybe u will understand why i want the trans
if u recomend another tranny plz tell what z6-y8-zc-dx
if anyone knows how much it normally cost to piece a 5spd together with gears from different trannys to get lowest gears that could help

well..only problem i see is that after the EF's they started with the hydrolic clutches...so you would have to get the new hasport mounts which arn't really cheap....

from what i know all the first gears from the dx, si, zc, hf are all the same......so without a bit of of work i dont know what to tell you.

Dude, what are you building that thing for?

Could you just effectively lower the gearing by re-gearing the diff or changing the torque converter?

eveyone know this auto civic tranny is not going to hold up to the tires an the off road for long, it already acts stupid trying to change gears, i just need a manual, i may end up putting an si tranny in it, still deciding
