Auto Hard to Shift

Unhappy Auto Hard to Shift
I have a 93 CIVIC HB. It has auto trans and floor shifter. The floor shifter has become very difficult to move from Park to Reverse and from Reverse to Park. It moves normally any where from reverse to first. Any suggestions?

How many miles are on it?
Has the automatic transmission fluid ever been changed?
It's also possible that the cable on the shifter is just out of adjustment.

Maybe the Shift Lock Solenoid mechanism is out of adjustment:
