Default Auto to Manual Conversion, What's needed?

Ok, this isn't about a Civic but it's a general question. What all would be needed to swap an auto tranny to manual? Transmission with the axels and stuff, shifter/boot, don't you need the ecu from the manual car also? Anything else? I'm sure there's tons of stuf... If needed, '98 Prelude 2.2 vtec. The ad says it shifts hard and I never see them in manuals for a decent price.. Still looking for a Civic or Prelude.. and I have someone buyin my truck next week so yea... How hard/how many parts/how much would that swap cost?

I admit... I didn't search very hard lol

From just that post, Seems like all you need is what I expected. All you transmission stuff, the ecu, the pedals (duh) shifter stuff. Didn't think of hydrolic lines.. For the clutch pedal correct?
