b18 onto a d series tranny?
I found a perfect b18a out of an auto 91 integra ls.
I have a 94 civic dx coupe.
I am wondering if a need a new tranny, and if I do, which tranny do I need. Any info is a huge help.
ps, my clutch is hydro.everything is d series.
cheers,
alex

RE: b18 onto a d series tranny?
It's doable, you'll need a D2B hub which is around 1000 or so, and then you'll need to purchase a Bseries trans which would also be very expensive.
Worth it, no. If you want a better tranny get an EX/Si trans and put Mfactory gears into it.
