b18 Tranny

hey guys i have a b18 tranny. everything shifts fine and everything but on 3rd gear, 4th gear, and 5th gear there is a pretty loud whinning noise. its very annoying does anyone know what this would be and how i would fix it? please let me know!

have you checked the fluid lvls??

ive checked all the fluids it has to be something in the tranny.
