Clutch Break In Period?

I just put in a stage 1 clutch from Fidanza. Just wondering what the break-in period is...? I've been hearing everything from 500 - 5000km. How long do I have to baby it? lol

rite around 500 miles but downshift when coming to a stop that will help out also.
