I'm thinking a Stage 1 clutch should be good for what you are running. It's just a shade over a factory replacement. It will give you room to grow too. Also a stage 2 wouldn't be a bad idea either but I wouldn't go any higher than that.

I got my stage 1 clutch and light weight flywheel from a site called gripforce.com. I got the F1 racing clutch. It has pretty mixed reviews. Some people love it and some people think they are terrible. Personally I have had very good luck with the clutch. It's very smooth. It took about 500ish miles to break in though.

Here is a link to the website I got it from:

Really you don't need an aftermarket stage w/e. OE or OE replacement is plenty if those are your mods and really don't plan on doing much more. Stage 1 is fine, I like my Exedy stage 1 clutch/flywheel. A little heavy on the pedal and sucks in traffic but not bad. Just don't go more than that.. I highly recommends Exedy for either OE replacement or stage 1. I've used both and they both feel good and are great quality.

I've never heard Exedy be questioned on quality, fitment, etc... I wouldn't trust that gripforce clutch. I always say it's cheaper to buy a slightly more expensive part that's trusted because you won't end up spending more to replace that busted cheap part way prematurely.

Thats a good point. I was just on a tight budget when I bought my clutch. Fortunately it has worked great.

But you do make a very good point, and I deff recommend the Exedy Clutches.
