clutch will not work

Default clutch will not work

ok iv looked all through the forum and i didnt find anything on this. my friend owns a 91 civic dx. he was driving home from work and he pushed the clutch pedle in 2 shift and it didnt engage. me and a few friends looked at it and the clutch cable works fine not broke or anything. so i was wondering wut it could be makin it so he cant shift into any gears. me and a friend replaced the cluthc and fly about 200 miles b4 this happened. do i was thinkin it could b the trowout or clutch fork any ideas will help me alot.

My guess is it ok in neutral and can’t goes into gear, what I can think of is since it recently service and driven around a bit.. there maybe no fluid in the tranny after it was service, so it work for a little while until it seized. I seen it quite a few time.
