takes me roughly 1-1.5hours to install a new clutch with 2 stands and a jack. assuming you either have a turned flywheel or a new one sitting beside you or dont turn your flywheel. its not an easy job for a not so mechanicaly inclined person. worst part imo is the bitch pin.

could you specify which bitch pin? also is the mounting up as easy to dissasemble?? or would it be better to get a pro to do it, seeing that i want to learn a bit about trannys. i mean i've done my mechanic'ing around so just trying to get some feedback on the labor.

bitch pin that i speak of is the pin that holds the shift linkage to the transmission. you can use a 10mm bolt to push it out but its rather a pain imo. i cant really state anything on labor as i do this for a living so its no big deal for me. but being that you do a little for yourself you maybe able to do it in a days time.
