Default Flashing "D"

I had a flashing "D" problem with my Civic over a year ago. The car wouldn't move when the "D" started flashing but when I turned the car off and started again it worked for while. I changed the oil and every thing was going fine then it started again till last week. I changed the oil again but it got worst. I have a feeling the mechanic didn't use HONDA Transmission oil. Will that make a difference or should I just get a new transmission?

your transmission is gone bro. either have to get a new one or rebuild it. Mine is in the trans shop now because of that same problem. Honda autos are s**t. sorry for the bad news. and A rebuild won't be cheap either. mines costing me $1100 for the rebuild.
