to tellif its starting to slip, revv it up and drop the clutch (don't try to break it!!! use common sense ) and if your tires burnout a little, it is still grabbing hard and is fine. but if your rpm goes way up and you aren't moving your clutch is slipping and needs to be replaced.

another way to test the same thing. from a roll of about 5mph put it in 5th and floor it. if the rpm takes off toward redline its slipping
