Default MT Swap

I'm swapping my 97 LX auto tranny to a manual tranny. Does this look like a good tranny? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-Ho...spagenameZWD1V

What other parts do I need to do this swap?

EDIT: Here's another: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...hippingPayment

holy crap. Not for that much!! Where are you from? I have a 93 EX (B000) trans with grinds but will need a new differential somewhat soon. You can have it for 50 bucks. Oh, and just so you know, you can get any transmission from a 92-2000 civic that is a SOHC engine, EXCEPT for the ZC trans.
trans info:

You'll also need...
pedal assembly (clutch, brake, gas)
hydraulic lines
clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate
master and slave cylinders
manual trans
shift linkage, shifter, boot
Manual ECU
starter

Thanks for the info, I'd take your offer, but I'm in AZ. I think I'm just gonna look around here for something that works. Thanks though.
