Default New Clutch?

What are the advantages of a new, more heavy duty clutch? And is it neccesarry to get one once you reach a certain number of horses? And if so....how many?

a stronger clutch will grab harder and a stage 1 clutch is good up to about 200-210whp. after than go to stage 2.

A new clutch grabs better, period. (after the 500 mile break-in of course)

A performance clutch will grab alot better and is generally used when you are running significantly more horsepower than stock. You will burn the stock clutch if you have too much power. However, if you get a stronger clutch for the hell of it, you won't really be getting much peroformance but the clutch pedal will be alot more stiff b/c the springs in the performance clutch are stiffer.
