damn, when im cruising doing 90 my car is just at about 2600 in 5th gear

but then again my tranny is made for highway cruising

 

Prolly not, cuz I'm at about 5.5k in 4th in my D goin' 120. (Only twice, mind you) 5th at 80mph at about 4k, and it's still loud. Suppose you could dynamat your whole interior!!! Or get a loud sound system!!!

i already sound deadend the whole trunk. and that helped a lot. i spilled crap on the trunk carpet and had everything out of the trunk for a while this fall and thats when i noticed it so i deadend the trunk then and its better but its still pretty noisy.

 

i think he has a CX, which has stupidly long gears for better gas mileage.

 

werd sounds like my old crx hf.... my current car cruises at 70mph at about 3300 give or take. my old y1 b16 cruised at 70mph damn near engaging vtec.
