I have a 2001 Civic LX with Manual drive. Occasionally, I have trouble getting into second gear. This usually happens during the first few minutes of driving. All other gears work fine. Please advise. An estimate of the approximate costs to fix the problem would be helpful too.

 

Try changing your transmission fluid and see if that helps, use the GM sychromesh and you should be good to go.
