i have a 99 si and almost everytime i shift it is either very hard to shift or it locks up..and its scary sometimes i shift on the freeway and it won't go in gear..i thought i needed a new clutch but my clutch isn't slipping yet..any ideas?

 

have you checked the clutch fluid reservoirs? empty dirty?
