Short shifter problem please help!

Cheap no-name aftermarket short throw shifters often have the metal between the pivot ball and the linkage joint a little bit too long, causing the shifter to hit the exhaust.
and from wat the last owner of the car told me its a B&M short shifter is it does have a name brand and it aint cheap haha

see if the exhaust can be moved a little bit to keep it from hitting
