short throw shifter question
hey guys just wondering what everyones opinion is on short throw shifters and i was also wondering if they are hard on a transmission. Also does the stock shifter wear a certain pattern in the transmission and wouldn't adding a short throw change that pattern. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Um, wah? The only thing a short shifter does is change where the pivot point is (and possibly length, but usually not). The transmission doesn't even know you have one Don't buy one for $10 since those tend to snap in half. Get one with energy suspension shifter linkage bushings and be a log happied with your car.

lol a dx special edition..so is that like a lx or ex ? why would honda even make a special dx..so funny in my opinion..a short shifter makes my dx so much more fun..instead of shifting into gear so far n loosing rpm the short shifter feels like half of that gear wich gives more quicker response and a better pull into my next gear
