Default CVT Trans - thoughts good or bad

I have a 2004 HX with a CVT trans.. over the years ( has 137k) the trans some times ( at a stop ) feel like its chuging back and forth...any one have any experience with these trans and potential issues down the line?

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. I used my neighbors last year and it register no fault codes...I just think its the chains and the two cones wearing out a bit - this causing some extra slack .. thought I post here for the 'experts' to chime in.
