Default Tell me what clutch to get please?

Here's my story
the civic is a 5th Gen 1994 SEDAN DX 1.5 SOHC.

196,000 miles and origional clutch, it"s shot

I assume I just need a new clutch, due to minimal pedal travel and a hard time getting into 3rd gear, I double pump the clutch between 2nd and 3rd gear to have enoughhydraulic pressure to push the clutch open enough to let me shift into 3rd, if thats right? that is how clutches work, right?

As you see I am not too confident on what to do on this one but I do know I want to do it right, and I want to do it myself.

I am assuming my car has or will only be modified into the power ranges of 135hp to 160hp.

I would like to know a good clutch to get, and I would like to change the Flywheel while I am in there, this is a street driver. I think there is no need to go lighter than 12 lbs. for better drivablilty .

please help

oem replacement should be fine since you're not running a powerful/boosted engine
