Unhappy Throw out bearing?

Car drove perfectly fine last night, I wake up this morning and the damn clutch doesnt feel right. Its only engaging about half way compared to before. If i start the car in gear it will move, but if i press the clutch to goto the next gear it just grinds. Any suggestions? I was hoping it was something like the clutch cable, or brake fluid for the clutch but 2 people told me it could be the throw out bearing. HELP!

just as a point of clarity, the clutch is dis-engauging half way, right?

can you give some details on the car, year, model, and stuff like that?

i supposed its possible that its the TO bearing, but i would think its more likely fluid or cable(you will only have one or the other, but not both)

something else, when you press the clutch pedal, does it still have the same travel up and down, and does the disengaugement happen at relatively the same spot, or does it happen when you go further down with the pedal?

Thats just the thing it doesnt fully disengage, i push down the clutch and its just like i'm pressing it half way. I'm new to the honda world (relatively speaking) but i have a del sol engine, but everything other than the wiring harness and engine is stock. its a 94 honda civic hatch, with a 1.6 L vtech overhead cam engine. I'm just still in shock that it would go out over night and i'm still thinking about bleeding my clutch lines, because my brake fluid looks dirty enough to corrode through lol, and hoping its just fluid.

Is the clutch fluid low? Look for fluid leaks at the slave cylinder and at the top of the clutch pedal.
