I say its not worth it because you will have to change a lot of stuff which all add up at the end.

if you can do the labor, it shouldnt be too much, but it can add up if you get a performance clutch and flywheel.

And don't count out those other important things like pedals... Like sacs said, if you can get the parts cheap and can do your own work, go for it... I believe there's some cutting involved though.
