I need to replace the Trans or rebuild it in my 94 EX. I found one on Craigs list for $80.00, BUT its from a D15Z1.

Will this Trans bolt right in with no mods or should I just look for a Trans from a D16Z6?

yes it will bolt up perfectly the difference in the trans is the d15z1 has alot longer gears.

 

A LOT longer
but you should get at least like 5mpg more with it
(but acceleration will lack)
