i have only done a short shifter on my dx. its got a turd muffler but ill be replacing it with a stocker soon enough!
intake maybe if i can find a aem SRI cheap enough. im cheaping out on the dx since well its a dx.LOL

By "turd" do you mean Toyota Racing Development? I get what you're saying about fuel economy, btw. Even with the mods I'm doing, I think my car will still get at least 30 mpg on the highway. Not doing much if anything to the motor, just giving it airflow and "mechanical" advantage with the fly/trans upgrade. I bought the CAI as my first real mod because I could do it myself. Now I realize that the DX throttle body and intake setup is different than the EX. I'm just going to keep my intake the way it is, since I'm OBDII its not worth the hassle.

I would love to drop an ITR/6 speed setup in my DX after I finish school (finally going for my Masters) and get paid . I will leave it badged for a while until I go crazy with it and its no longer a daily driver. In the meantime, it will be awesome with the factory badging to kill a few B16's. People will be able to hear the engine, but many will have no clue how a DX can pull past them!
