ECU Tuning & Fuel Management - sohc v-tec all motor needs

iight check it out im getting a d16y7 for my 91 civic, im going for the sohc v-tec for the 1/4 mile times. im looking for 13's maybe even 12's and thats all motor i'll go turbo later on and i was just wondering what do i need or what do you guys reccommand for the all motor d16y7. oh yeh one more thing if i do get nos im only gonna put about 75 shot the most cause i dont wanna **** up this motor well anyways tell me what you think.

I thought the Y7's didnt have vtec? It's gona be pretty hard to get to the 12-13 sec area on that motor without a whole bunch of money.
