It may not be worth the hassle. deathlucky 02-26-2007, 12:29 AM I'm going to buy a second hand civic engine and manual gear box to rebuild i know it would be easier to just buy a new engine and gear box but i want to rebuild one just so i really knows how it all works and what every thing looks like also if i put all this time and money in to it i might treat it with a bit more respect and not trash it as much. natecivic92 02-26-2007, 07:55 AM You can get a book for your car which in detail explains how to rebuild your engine. www.advanceautoparts.com (http://www.advanceautoparts.com) May have to go through a couple page's but it is a nation wide part store with the book I was telln you about. ryank327 02-26-2007, 11:28 AM Check out this DVD on honda-tech http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1307460&page=1 It has tons and tons of info, if you go to youtube and search engine build there are lots of trailers. A definite buy for anyone starting on their first engine build. |
