Default 1997 Civic HX-Installation problem

So I'm installing an Alpine deck in my car. Turns out that 3 of my windows, the front passenger and the back 2, quit working. Not the drivers switches or any of the individual ones work anymore. Any ideas as to what I did/blew up?

You can usually tuck it into the dash behind where the cup holder and whatever holder are. It is a bit tricky to get it to fit, but it will work. I had to disconnect my power outlet, but with a bit more work, it could be made to work, I just never use it and couldn't justify the time to work on it anymore just so I can say it works
