Default Which Battery?

I have a 99 EX and the stock battery is starting to go on me. I have been reading up a lot about Optima's for a replacement but am wondering if it is worth the money. I am considering a Red top ($130) and a Die Hard Gold ($80). The only upgrade I've done is Alpine head unit and speakers with an Alpine amp- which isn't that powerful (200 watts tops). I know about the reverse posts but are there any other fitment issues I would have to consider?

Default RE: Which Battery?

I would recommend a stinger. Optima yellow tops have had problems as of late, and I love me stinger. I also have a 99 civic and the fitment is great! If i'm not mistaken I think the battery for your car is the Stinger V935. The optima yellow that fits the civic is the D51r.
