So, I've been testing some 8" subs in my CRX and I thought I would share the results with you guys. You don't need humongous subs to get some serious output.


Just got these bad boys in and they are gorgeous. Not quite as heavy as the Sundown SA8, but crazy beefy for an 8. Love the look of the motor.



I just couldn't wait to test 'em so I threw one in the "bass bucket" that I tested an SA8 in the other day. This is a straight "drop-in" test because I don't have much time today to try too much. But, y'all know me. There will be a ton more to come from these little monsters.

Bass bucket ftw!! This was the first burp this sub saw right out of the box. Break in? Pfft.

I've never seen a bass bucket before lol. pretty cool.

 

Aeroports = loud.

I used to run meca/db drag with an 96 civic. Orion 2500D, Type R 15, external areoport box would burp 150.3 on dash, and meter 146.xx on music at headrest.

 

That's a powerful little bastard
