Default dynamat/sound deadening

alright just a quick question...
i already checked the stickied post on the sound crap but not wat i was looking for

about how many sq ft is needed to pretty much do your trunk, the floor inside the car, and the door panels and the sheft/lid for the rear spearkers

this would be going into a 2 door 95 civic coupe
what would a 100 sq ft do me?

3M makes some stuff that I believe you can spray on. Comes highly recommended from a friend of mine, but I forget what it's called at the moment.

With a 100 square feet you should have plenty with some left over.
