Sound Deadening

Sound Deadening
I've noticed that my parcle shelf rattles like a ... (insert rude comment here). I need to deaden or dampen it, because I am installing my subs within a week. Anyone have any advice on where, how, what to deaden with? How can you reduce road noise effectivly and exhaust noise (as sexy as it sounds at 6,500 rpm under load) and pannel/trim rattle?

RE: Sound Deadening
Ok so what is it and isnt it worth dynamatting? My boot/numberplate rattles. If I get a numberplate piece, and a few sheets for my 6"x9"s mounted on the metal rear deck will that eliminate some of the problem? Anyone got a descent set of subs in the boot and managed to effectively dampen the associated rattle? How did you do it?
EDIT: And some Dynaxorb on the inside of the truck on the reverse side of the number plate to absorb some of the sub bump?
