what kind are they those could be really good top of the line or they could be $20 pair

 

thats the thing the brand is Metric???? i dunno but they were on sale from $90 soo j/w

 

Unless they are CES complaint, specs are whatever they want them to be.

 

At 400W max. through a 3 way, I'm guessing about 100W RMS which means you will just be let down without a amp. Your head unit will probabily output about 45 W. If those figures are legit, then it is quite the good pair, that is assuming you got a good 600W max. amp to drive them.
