dude they are butchers, if u live in toronto bring it to my house ill fix it for you, yellow wire should be the live wire with power all the time, that is for the clock dude and memory, they probly never hooked it up

if i were you bro i would honestly take it back and say i wanta complete refund rehreh reh i am not happy with it , because not to be an ahole or anything but sony is not the best brand and its not evenan ok brand. how much did u pay for the deck. ?

ya sounds to me like the power wire (yellow) and accessory wire (red) are just mixed up. no big deal. nothing to get mad about and return the deck for it. they should fix it if they installed. its only a 5 minute job
