good and bright? or will it just light up like lines on each side of the car?

LEDs definitely have a history of giving hot spots. I have an LED unerbody kit, you just need to angles the tube/LEDs so the shine on the ground at an angle. This will make it seem more like a complete underbody light rather than just lines (from the LEDs). I think that kit is good and i like underbody neon kits (as long as you cant see the tubes), so i say go for it.
