If a speaker wire is shorted, the easiest way to fix it would be to just run a new wire for the shorted one. You can look at the connection points at the headunit and the speaker itself, but if it isn't somewhere obvious, it will be simpler to replace it than to search it out.

o is that why theres 2 ground wires theres the one thes directly connected to the head unit for the e brake and theres a nother one in the harness that suppost to go to the brake light or some thing like that

ALSOO does anyone know how to fix a shored speaker wire if thats the problem
one is the ground for the e-brake, which can just be wired to a switch that goes to a ground. the other wire is for the reverse light, so that if you have a rear view camera, it will automatically switch over when the car is in reverse. this is optional, and can be pulled from the light itself in the back, or you can follow the wire up to the front and tap it there, either one.

First you need to know if there is a short at all. If there is one, almost always it is going to be where you spliced wires to install aftermarket equipment.

Seriously at this point I'd suggest you pull the HU out of the car and put it on a table with a battery and see if it will come on and stay on with no speakers connected. This will also let you test the operation of the ebrake wire and determine how to connect it so DVD's will play.
