Default new speakers and problems

well, today i got my alpine type r's. ( front speakers with tweeters ) anyway, they do NOT fit at all. they are like 3 pounds heavier, 2 inches wider and longer and my stock speakers bolt to 3 screws. these have 4. so that dont fit either. looks like i screwed up. how much am i gonna have 2 pay to get new wires ( stock ones too little ), the tweeters installed ( probably gonna have to be some cutting on that as well ), and the speakers in ( DEFINATELY alot of cutting ) and then it comes with crossovers. so, how much am i lookin at? i might have screwed up........

You will have to cut the back of the hole a bit with a sawz all. And you will have to jerry rig the speaker in there. Just baiscally make your own holes. Thats all you can do really.

if you like doing things yourself and saving a bit of money, its very easy to make custom mounts yourself, just get some wood, cut the holes in it for the speakers, screw the speakers to it, then screw the wood to the stock holes, make sure it looks good tho and get some half decent wood..mdf if you can, we had to do alot of this at a car shop i worked at
