So if I'm going to amp them, should I run the Infinity References, or the golds?

Also why should I run that am, it would be majorly overpowering the speakers, and i won t have a sub yet either... Will I need to rewires for these speakers?

personally i would run the PG's with that amp @ 4 ohms so you wont have any type of problems. The pg's can take a lot of power as long as you adjust the gains correctly

just look at the RMS rating of the speakers, then put the amp around that level
you can't really ever tell what your amp puts out at specific gains at what level
generally try not to put your amp gain about half, 3/4ths absolute max
Keep your head unit voltage level at about 2 volts
