Default requirements for double DIN system?

Hello

I have a 2006 Honda Civic 2 door coupe and would like to install a Pioneer AVIC X920BT unit and use the Bluetooth (calling), iPod control and built in audio controls on my steering wheel. In terms of other items I need for the install, do I need all of the following?:

> Metra 99-7871 Honda Civic 2006-UP Dash Kit
> Metra Axxess ASWC Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface (Black)
> Pioneer CD-IU50V USB Interface Cable for iPod/iPhone
> Metra 70-1722 Radio Wiring Harness for Honda 2006-Up
> Metra 40-HD10 Honda 2005-Up Antenna Adapter.

Is there anything I am missing? Where is the best place to buy these online? I found some good prices on Amazon. Thanks in advance for your help.

How did the install go? I have a 2006 civic sedan. I am going to install an AVIC too. I also want to install a rear camera. Did you try that too?

All went pretty well with the install. I had some issues (that continue) with a 'hiss' that comes through the speakers. Apparently the deck has an amp in it and pumps out a lot of power. We tried a compressor type device but that cut out other options (muting) and made the volume of the bluetooth phone calls too quiet, so I had to get that removed.

The parts I bought off Amazon were great - all fit like a glove. Didn't do the camera install.
