i work in best buy car audio. i wouldnt buy that package, it doesnt sound very good, compared to all the others subs (and we dont even have anything real good). PLus the markup on those is HUGE. gotta love the employee discount.

Well what do you suggest 01CivicEX? Only reason i wanted to go with best buy is cause i have a credit card through them.

If you don't have a decent deck, that's where I would start(pioneer, alpine, kenwood, panasonic.) Then get new speakers all the way around (infinity, polk, or eclipse.) After that, get a 4 channel amp to power all four speakers. That will make a world of difference because then you can crank up your speakers and not have to worry as much of blowing them. Then worry about bass. I had that rockford system in my first car, but it was an SUV. A lot more open space, so it didn't sound that bad. But if that's going in trunk, i'd also invest in some type of dynomat. That will cut down on the rattle. Look around on ebay, you can build a decent system, off of peoples used stuff.
