Default Car Wont Start! Help!

I was driving yesterday and my car died as if it ran out of gas. The CEL came on so I decided to pull the code, but the light stays on steady and wont blink. I took the key out and then put it back to the ON position, CEL stays on insted of going out after 2 seconds and my fuel pump is no longer buzzing. Its a walbro 255 and only 3-4 months old. I replaced the main relay with a used one but it didn't work so I just ordered a brand new main relay and I'm hoping it will work. What else can cause this problem? The car turns over no problem but there is no fuel.

Take both main relays to AutoZone for testing. Check whether fuse 31 (hood), 24 (dash), or 18 (dash) is blown.

Check the crucial ground wire on the thermostat housing. Is it loose or corroded?

Do you also lack spark (click Spark link in my signature)?

Bought a new main relay and it didn't fix the problem. I checked all my fuses and found a blown 15A under the dash. Tried changing it 3 times and it blew each time when I put the ignition to the on switch.
Heres a diagram to show you which fuse. It is the 15A on the top row closest to the left with the exclamation mark.
(E)(!15!)(7.5)(20)(15)(7.5)(10)(7.5)(15)(7.5)(10)( 10)(15)(E)
(7.5)(30)(7.5)(7.5)(30)(10)(20)(10)(7.5) (10)(20)(20)(15)(E)
No other fuses are blown. Didn't check for spark because I know my fuel pump isn't turning on because its not buzzing like usual.

Check for spark. It will help in troubleshooting the problem.

Which specific fuse is blowing?

Fuse 12 is the one that keeps blowing.
Also fuse 15 and 19 are using 15A fuses but your diagram says they should be 10A?

Also all my fuses on the bottom row are different amps than your diagram. and your diagram says fuse 2, 11, and 20 aren't used but they have fuses under my dash in those spots.

1) Check for spark. Post outcome.

2) Buy a small box of 15A fuses. You'll need the fuses to locate the electrical short.

3) Turn the ignition key OFF. Uncouple the main relay connector. Turn the key to ON(II). Check whether fuse 12 still blows.

4) Install the correctly rated fuses. Otherwise you risk a car fire.

Install the properly rated fuses as indicated in the diagram. Regarding fuses 2, 11, 20, did a previous owner install aftermarket electrical components (e.g., an alarm system that needed those extra slots)? Alternatively, extra fuses have been inserted into those slots.

There was an alarm system but I had it taken out awhile ago because it stopped working. Do any turbo components use these spots? (Wideband, boost controller, boost gauge?)

Possibly.

Refocus on troubleshooting the fuse 12 short. Start by checking for spark.
