Anyone know where I can find ECU fault codes?

 

Haynes or Chilton should have them. but heres a few. codes

 

anyone know how to check them on a 94 civic w/ a obd-1 ?

 

On my 2001 honda civic, my ECU code P1122 has gone off. Can anyone tell me what to do or what part to replace?

 

If you have a Hayne's, it explains how to do it in there, and I am sure Chilton's does too, but in a nutshell, jump the timing/ecu code checking thingy under the dash by the passenger door (2-pin one) and turn the key on. If you have a code stored it will blink once to let you know that and then blink out the code. Long blinks for the first digit, short blinks for the 2nd one.

 

out of curiosity, what blinks? is it the CEL? i knew the rest of it, just not that part.

 

I've been trying to figure out the same thing "what blinks" is it the cel? someone said an led and I've have yet to find one. I'm having a start problem, and almost positive it is the main relay but want to be sure before I shell out $70 to the dealership.....
