Default ground wires

I understand about replacing all of your groundd with bigger gauge wire, but all the ebay ground wires seem to have a central plate which all the ground wires come off of. I have heard good things about ebay ground wires, but don't understand how you would install them?

That plate gets installed onto your battery neg terminal. It should come w/ an adapter which you screw the plate into.

Alright sweet, so would it really make that big of a diffence? I have a '99 DX so its not like the grounds are old and corroded (sp?), but it can't hurt right?
