Default OBD2 to OBD1

hello, i haven't posted in God knows how long. I have a B18 swap in my civic, however i won't be able to Dyno test it and get the full power unless i switch out the obd 2 computer to obd 1. has anyone ever had htis problem? help is much appreciated

its because all programs are written for obd1, but the swap is not that difficult,
