Default Swapped motor, flashing CEL

Okay, I swapped out a D15Z1 for a D15B7 and replaced my factory P07 for the P06...

Before you tell me to search, know that I already have...came up with some itneresting info but nothing that helped with this particular problem.

When I start the car it idles high, and the CEL flashes.

I have checked the codes and am getting:

3 the MAP code
4 the crank sensor code
13 barometric pressure

I have swapped MAP sensors...tested the crank position sensor via the OHM method in the Haynes manual and it is good...

Have no idea what to do about the # 13 code...book says take to dealer...

I know the D15Z1 has a 5 wire Oxygen sensor where as a D15B7 does not...as far as I know. The D15Z1 also has a sensor (purge control solenoid) on the intake that the B7 does not...when I swapped motors I just swapped that sensor over to the B7 intake...not sure what exactly but maybe that is the cause of my problem?
Any sugestions?
