I have an 89 civic HB and was wondering If its possible to swap a B18C TYPE R DOHC VTEC Engine with 5 Speed LSD Transmission into my ride? I know I would need a ECU and wiring harness since I would be going from an engine with a carb to an engine with fuel injection. And that I will need other parts I’m just wondering if this is a possible swap, any ideas or comments are welcomed...... thank you

 

i strongly suggest getting rid of the civic and getting a fuel injected model,
you would have to swap out entire fuel system, and wire harness to be able to make this work, also would need shift linkage,axles, mounts,ecu and also if the b18 trans is hydrolyic you would have more stuff to swap out.
