Hey man I just wanted to say thanks for the link it helped me out a lot. Just wondering Im new tothe whole vtec thing. The motor in my 92 civic is supposed to be vtec but I can find a silenoid at all. Where r they usually located?

if its a d-series..the vtec solenoid should be on the ipper left side looking down at the engine...also with d-series if im not mistaken...the spark plugs are in the front for vtec d-series engine...

for b-series the solenoid is on the left side lookin down at the engine...like the lower left aout 2 inches up from the lower left corner, close to the dizzy

and also...acura ls, gs,and rs arent vtec unless some1 swapped the engine or the head...even tho it might say b18b1 still look for the solenoid, cause its common to see lsvtec's in junkyards and people wont even notice...so keep ur eyes open and good hunting
