What ECU are you currently running in your car?
If the new ECU is OBD1, just get a OBD2a-OBD1 conversion harness. This may cause you to fail emissions, depending on where you live.
A GSR head on a LS block is a LS/VTEC set-up. You need a LS/VTEC conversion kit, wiring from the ECU to the vtec solenoid, and possibly a few other things. I would research this swap a little more prior to starting it if I were you.

I have the 99 ls ecu installed now.. Where would I buy the conversion harness at?? Yeah I am purchasing a obd2 gsr comp because it won't pass inspection where I live because it needs to be plugged in.. So I need the 99gsr ecu.. Any other thoughts would be great thank u
